Location; "Paper walls", poor breakfast when you arrive late. Our room just had 1 neighbour, but he marched around all night and talked all the time. At 3:40 am he took a shower that lasted till 4:20. Me and my boyfriend were zombies when we left the hotel. We didn't sleep at all. As a result we arrived late at breakfast (8:40) and no decent food was left for us to eat. There are a lot of homeless people around the motel.

Big property for parking, close to main drag, 6 blocks away. Close to highway, very central.

I was hassled about cancelling one of my nights due to emergency, and that I had to wait until tuesday after the long weekend to get a decision even though I was staying the one night friday, and not saturday. I found the front desk person very rude and obnoxious about the whole situation. Should have been handled differently. I would not stay here again due to this fact. The room was okay, the pool was too dirty for my liking, other than that this is an old beatup ramada, if you get the room for less than $50 you would be getting your value. Motel 6 across road at $34

I really liked the fact that the lobby person made breakfast two hours early to accomodate us.

Large queen size room came with microwave and frig. My son brought his PS2 and he was able to hook it up to the TV. Weve had problems with this at alot of hotels.

I booked a queen size room that was supposed to come with 2 queen size beds. They were both full size beds. Also the room didnt have enough towels to use.

    Clean, quiet, refrig.

No washcloth in room, the light switch as you come into the room didn't turn on any light.

Nothing except the sheets and towels were clean and while the staff was nice, they gave us a key to a room that was occupied and the person was inside when we went in!!

Run down, a/c didnt work, toilet needed to be hand filled after each flush, carpets filthy, a bit scary location. Didnt feel comfortable eating the breakfast due to cleanliness factor

We will never stay there again. It was dirty, they didnt have basic stuff like towels, they came in our room & took our towels & didnt replace them. They didnt have kleenex & the carpet was so dirty. I have gotten way more & a cleaner room at motel 6. Not impressed at all...even for Yakima.

The staff were not friendly when we arrived. We booked in as a group of three adults and one teen and were provided with one set of towels. We were told upon checking out that all we needed to do was go to the office and ask for more towels. My question still is - when you book four people to a room, why would they not put four sets of towels in before we got there. They knew we were coming. There were no extra pillows - infact no extra anything. There was no coffee pot in the room, no ice bucket, no kleenex. The toilet did not flush and the bathroom was less than clean. When you sat on the toilet, the back of the bathroom door was disgustingly dirty. The remainder of the suite was tolerable, but certainly not clean. Breakfast (which was included) was a choice of cheerios, orange or cold crumpets with orange juice and coffee. There were no other beverages offered. There was a sign displayed that no one was allowed to take food to their rooms. For one of our party, breakfast in the room would have been more convenient. I would suggest the staff of the Yakima Knights Inn go down the road to the Best Western and see how customers should be treated. The Best Western was where we stayed on our return journey.

Lowest price on the internet in Yakima. Pool was inviting and of a good size. Room was clean.

I am used to having a few amenities, like kleenex in my room. Breakfast was minimal but adequate if you were hungry. Air conditioning worked part time.

    the price was great

the hotel is in need of repairing and the pool needed cleaned and it would be great if there was a coffee pot in the room.

We were very very disappointed that we had an emergency and had to take my husbands brother to the hospital and they would not refund our money. In case of an emergency that is very poor . Tom janes

When we arrived in Yakima I was advised by family that the Knight's Inn was a crack motel and to cancel my resurvations and go someplace else. We decided to go check it out for ourselves and found a clean well managed friendly place to stay, the room was warm, the bed was clean and comfortable, the hotel had easy access AND we did not hear once sound or see any indications that this was a party hotel, I will not hesitate to book a room there again in the future.
